The endurance side of Dynamite is a separate and distinct program — strictly online coaching for runners and triathletes of all ages and experience levels. No performance training. No in-person meetings. Just personalized, structured programming delivered remotely to help you chase your next finish line and be ready not just to finish, but to perform.

Diego leads both the performance development and endurance coaching programs at Dynamite. His approach is built on the belief that the best athletes are developed through discipline, consistency, and the right foundation at the right time.

Lauren is a Sports Dietitian and elite runner who understands performance. She helps athletes reach their peak by fueling their bodies to train, recover, and perform at their highest level. Drawing from her own experience as a high-level athlete, she connects with clients on a deeper level and delivers strategies that hold up in real competition.

Claudio brings over three decades of experience as a player, coach, club operator, and program director. Trained under elite, world-renowned coaches with a proven record at every level — from beginners to high-performance competitors and professionals on the Argentine circuit.
